Ashlyn has also recently became obsessed with hoodies. We bought her a couple of Gap hoodies for school clothes, but I am going to have to find her some more for Christmas. I have to admit she look way too grown up when she wears them. She tells me she looks just like a teenager. I can't believe she will be in kindergarten next year, before I know it she will be a teenager!
Last Wednesday I was taking Ashlyn's picture in her Halloween shirt, and she decided I needed to take pictures of her brushing her teeth and taking her vitamin as well. That child loves getting her picture taken. She also has her hair up "like a cheerleader" as she calls it.
Last Friday was a fun day for Ashlyn. She got to dress-up in her Halloween costume for school. She discovered finally that tinker bell doesn't wear her hair down, she wears it up in a bun.I have been trying to
tell her that, but of course hard head wouldn't listen to me. It took us forever to get her hair up how she liked it, but after 20 minutes we finally succeeded. We took pictures before school, Ashlyn wasn't fully cooperative. She kept wanting to take pictures to the side, she said her wings wouldn't show any other way. She wore her high heels to school, I tried to get her to wear a pair of flats but she wasn't having it.
Ashlyn got some very exciting new last week. She gets to go to the Justin Bieber concert with Josh's cousin Kelsie and her best friend Tyler. Ashlyn is ecstatic, she can't hardly wait. I ordered her the cutest little shirt off the Internet to wear. I can't wait to let her go, but I am also a nervous mommy. I am afraid she will get stolen or lost, but I am sure she will be fine. The poor child has no idea what to expect! She keeps saying Mommy how come I can't get on stage with him. I think she has this belief that she is getting her own meet and greet with Justin Bieber.
Saturday we went trick or treating on the square in Charlestown. It was absolutely chaotic! We had to wait in line for 30 minutes before we were even able to start trick or treating. Ashlyn was completely done before we even got any candy. She had thrown her wings off, gave up on her wand, and was refusing to walk. On Sunday when we asked her if she wanted to go trick or treating she said no she was too tired. She was over Halloween, and mommy sorta was as well.
Wednesday was picture day at school. Wednesday morning definitely showed how bipolar Ashlyn can be sometimes. She hated her outfit and her shoes at first, then by the end of the morning she loved them. I am going to say she really liked it since she wore it for 48 hours straight. Against her will, poor Princess got in the pictures as well.
We got ready to leave the house and Ashlyn said wait mommy you didn't get my picture from every way! So her is a picture of her in every "Way". I do believe she might have been born to be a model .
